**** UPDATE **** I want to update my experience. I am so pleased with how they handled this. They took the proper steps to make sure it wouldn’t happen again. All around impeccable resolution. Thank you so much ShopRite. My parents got me a cake for my birthday. We cut into it and there was mold. I called them to let them know what happened and they said that they wouldn’t be able to do a refund today since there was no manager on and to come back tomorrow and get it fixed. I wanted the cake for my birthday with the family today and I work the rest of the week so I don’t have the time to come in and hopefully be there when the manager is there. Very inconvenient and very disappointed in ShopRite.
I've no idea why there are negative reviews of this store. The produce is fresher than most, the service is exactly what I expected and I found the staff happy, engaging and helpful, the floors were clean, the aisles were uncluttered and everything else is just as good if not better than other comparable markets. If you shop here, you are shopping right. This is my go-to.
